The Age reports that (Former Labor MP Andrew ) “Theophanous was found guilty of taking bribes and seeking sexual favours to help Chinese immigrants with their visa problems.” I wonder how politicians are treated in jail.

We’ve been watching lots of dvd’s cos we have a PlayStation but no cable tv (and there’s no reception in Amsterdam without cable). The last I saw was Vertical Limit, which wasn’t nearly as bad as it could have been. I don’t know how Robin Tunney ever gets roles, being so funny looking and all but her performance as offensive as the fact that she can only summon the energy to open one eye fully at any given moment. The funniest thing about Vertical Limit was Temuera Morrison as a Pakistani pilot. It also featured a Boah (Ben Mendelsohn this time) as a knockabout Aussie larrikin.
