Web design ’causes confusion’ is interesting but fails to mention that sometimes it’s the users you have to worry about. I was in an internet cafe yesterday, and a guy next to me asked me to help him get to hotmail. Apparently he didn’t know he could type a url into the location bar.

Tonight I found out that vicnet have changed their formmail setup. I haven’t tested the forms since at least March, so I hate to think how much hate mail I’ve missed out on. Bugger.
Anyway, I’ve fixed it now and you can send me hate mail again! Or love letters, if you really must. I’ve still got to fix up the address that appears on the rest of the site.
