Planning next year’s trip to Vietnam with Mum has made me think about cycling across Vietnam or Cambodia. I’ve wanted to do it for a long time, and won’t be able to on this trip because Mum never learnt to ride a bike. (Hopefully I’ll get to do some kayaking but it might mean dumping her for a few days.)
We’re probably not going much further south than Hoi An, so maybe I could do a cycling trip through south Vietnam and Cambodia another time. Then again, maybe not, after reading Mr Felix’s cycling blog story about the Cambodian doctor treating his spider bite.
